An iconic Northwest Arkansas chicken restaurant has finally found a new place to nest in downtown Springdale.

Ben Collins is an Online Producer and writer at the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, where he writes the weekly food news column, "Let's Eat!," which features local restaurant openings and closings, and will often spotlight events and festivals happening around the region. Ben graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2021 and joined the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette staff in 2022.
