A hearing was held on September 15, where they admitted that the singer is currently receiving treatment. They also issued an official statement after the court hearing.The statement read, "We're doing what is best for Montero from a personal standpoint and a professional standpoint, but most importantly for his well-being. He is surrounded by an amazing family and an amazing team of people that care about him and love him. We're just addressing those issues. It's really as simple as that. He's had a great life, and he'll continue to have a great life. This is a bump that he's going to get over. And on behalf of him, his family is making sure he addresses all those issues right now."In August Montero Hill was found on Ventura Boulevard in Studio City in a delirious state and almost without any clothes on him. He was reported to the police by passersby in the area, who then took him to the hospital on grounds of drug overdose. Afterwards, when he was released from the hospital, the rapper and singer spent almost four days in jail after he was released on bail. Later, he was cleared of all the felony charges that were set on him. However, recently, the grounds of his release were changed, citing that he can stay out of state as long as he gets treatment. No other specifications about his condition or the nature of his treatment have been shared with the public.
