The Formula 1 ace resides in a £9.2m mansion with his Spice Girl wife Geri Halliwell Horner in the village of Marston Saint Lawrence, near Banbury.
Mr Horner was relieved of his Red Bull team principal role during the summer after 20 years of service, seeing him pocket a reported £80 million payout in the process.
The 51-year-old had been team principal at Red Bull since 2005, overseeing eight drivers' world championships and six constructors' titles.

There has been much speculation in the Formula One world and the paddock about the veteran making a come back to the sport.
Reports have suggested he could take over the running of rival teams such as Aston martin, Ferrari or Alpine.
But while nothing has been confirmed in the world of Formula One, Mr Horner has embarked on a slightly different career choice than usual.
He is offering out his services for after dinner speeches and conference talks.
Through JLA, anybody with £25k can hire Mr Horner to speak at their event.
He has already done a speech for Goldman Sachs, with a review from the investment bank saying: "He had great stories to share, it was really engaging".
