A man in Mobile, Alabama, has decried as "aggravating" and "embarrassing" the sight of a city work crew stopping outside his house to rinse the chute of a cement truck into a storm drain.

The incident was captured on camera outside Joshua Edwards's house on September 5. It shows a city cement truck and pickup pull up outside on the street, with the chute of the truck lowered toward the drain before one worker grabs a hose and begins to rinse it.
