A FLOORING company is officially closing all of its locations after going bankrupt.
The news comes as LL Flooring, formerly known as Lumber Liquidators, failed to secure a buyer.
LL Flooring was founded in Stoughton, Massachusetts under the name Lumber Liquidators in 1994.
The home improvement company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last month after a wave of financial struggles.
At the time, the company shared it was negotiating with several potential buyers to sell the business.
LL Flooring also said it would close 94 US locations.
In a statement Wednesday, however, the flooring company shared it had failed to secure an offer and plans to close all of its remaining stores.
