Officers charge man with disorderly conduct while intoxicated: Fairview Park Police Blotter

Disorderly conduct while intoxicated: Hillsdale Avenue

Officers at 9 p.m. on Nov. 22 responded to a disturbance at a home on Hillsdale Avenue.

While officers were investigating, a 64-year-old man continued to be uncooperative and appeared to be intoxicated, according to a department statement.

Officers arrested the man and took him to the Fairview Park Police Department, where he was ticketed and released to a sober person.

Theft: Center Ridge Road

Officers responded to the Target store at 2:11 p.m. on Nov. 19 after a loss prevention employee reported a theft.

Officers arrested a 59-year-old Cleveland man. They found drug paraphernalia in his possession, according to a Fairview Park Police Department press release.

Officers took the suspect to the police department, where he was given a mandatory court date and released.

Theft: Center Ridge Road

A Target loss prevention officer at 12:35 p.m. on Nov. 22 reported a theft that occurred earlier in the week.

Police officers investigated and identified a 26-year-old Westlake man as a suspect. A criminal complaint for theft was sent to Rocky River Municipal Court.
