The Jharkhand Thalassaemia Patients Association marched in Ranchi on Saturday, demanding a comprehensive state policy for better treatment and financial aid for thalassaemia, sickle cell, and aplastic anaemia patients. They sought free blood, bone marrow transplants, lifelong care, pre-marital screening, and improved healthcare access, urging urgent government action.
