A medical centre is hosting an afternoon tea event to raise funds for Breast Cancer Now.

St John's House Medical Centre in Worcester is inviting people to join them in their gardens for the event on Wednesday, August 20, starting at 1pm.

Every 10 minutes, a person in the UK is diagnosed with breast cancer, emphasising the importance of fundraising efforts.

Breast Cancer Now aims for everyone diagnosed with breast cancer to live well by 2050.

This month the charity is asking people to raise funds by hosting an afternoon tea or through other activities such as bake sales, raffles, and games.
