Another week of college football means another premier matchup between two incredible programs. This time around, No. 4 Ohio State is headed to Happy Valley to take No. 3 Penn State in a matchup that the Buckeyes have owned historically with 23 wins and eight losses.

This matchup, on a yearly basis, is a contest between two highly-ranked programs with playoff aspirations. Ohio State has captured each of the last seven games between the two elite Big Ten programs.

With two top-four-ranked programs, this game has high stakes, too. Penn State needs to prove they can defeat Ohio State, and doing so on their home field improves their chances.

However, former Ohio State and NFL head coach Urban Meyer took to the "The Tim May Show" to send a warning to Ohio State before the contest.

"I would make this thing simple stupid for that offensive line and get the ball to your best players," Meyer said. "The skill level at Ohio State is still arguably the best they've ever had. And I'd run the quarterback. I'd run him a lot. ...He's the great equalizer."

Penn State is a very good team, which is why they're ranked No. 3 in the nation. Meyer understands such, which is why he exclaimed that Ohio State should use their quarterback to their advantage.

"I understand the concern about not wanting to get guys hurt, but this is it now. This is the Super Bowl. This is the, obviously [there's] the one at the end of the season, but this is the game," Meyer continued.

Meyer claimed this is the "Super Bowl" for these two teams. While it won't end the season for either program in terms of College Football Playoff hopes, it has super high stakes.

A win in Happy Valley could be the difference of a first-round bye or even a home-field advantage in the College Football Playoffs. However, the 12-team format fares well for the loser of the game.
