Colorado, Nebraska 'College GameDay' predictions: Who picked the Buffaloes, Cornhuskers?

Colorado football survived a tough Week 1 matchup against the best in the FCS and now prepare for a tough road trip to Lincoln, Nebraska.

In the 31-26 win over the Bison, Shedeur Sanders completed 26-of-34 passes for 445 yards, four touchdowns and an interception, while Travis Hunter had seven receptions for 132 yards and three touchdowns.

Matt Rhule and freshman quarterback Dylan Raiola earned a 40-7 victory over UTEP in their season opener. Raiola completed 19-of-27 passing for 238 yards and two touchdowns in his collegiate debut.

This year's matchup is a return trip to Lincoln after the teams faced off in Boulder in 2023, where Deion Sanders led his team to a 36-14 win behind a 393-yard, two-touchdown performance for Shedeur Sanders against the Cornhuskers in the victory. Nebraska leads the all-time series 49-21-2, including a 26-9 advantage at home.
