Taylor Swift Surprise Planned for Final Eras Shows in Vancouver

Taylor Swift's record-breaking Eras tour comes to a close with three shows at the BC Place in Vancouver staring on Dec. 6.

After nearly a year and a half on the road, the Eras tour's end is a bittersweet moment not just for fans, but for Swift, as well.

During the tour's penultimate stop before Vancouver, the 34-year-old pop star got emotional as the crowd gave her a standing ovation at the Rogers Center.

"Toronto, we're at the very end of this tour so you doing that, you have no idea how much it means to me and my band," Taylor said, pausing to wipe away tears.

"My band, my crew, all my fellow performers, we have put so much of our lives into this, and you put so much of your lives into being with us tonight and to giving us that moment that we will never forget. We've loved our time in Toronto. It's been so amazing. I love you, guys, thank you so much for that."

With all the joy the Eras tour has brought Swifties, fans attending her last show in Vancouver are planning a secret surprise for the "Karma" singer on Dec. 8.

Two joint fan accounts posted on Instagram, "On the final night of the Eras Tour, we want to create a secret moment in a crowded room and celebrate Taylor's early birthday. Here's how you can be a part of it:

*After Taylor sings champagne problems, when she takes her earpiece out, we'll all loudly start a countdown from 13 *When we hit "1", we will all start singing "Happy Birthday"Don't forget to tell your section neighbours so everyone can join in!Let's make this a special moment to show our appreciation and end the tour on a high note!."

Swift will celebrate her 35th birthday on Dec. 13. Different surprises are in store for Swift from fans attending Night 1 and Night 2 in Vancouver. The Friday night crowd plans to sing, "Welcome to BC, we've been waiting for you," ala "Welcome to New York." The Saturday night crew plans to chant, "Thank you."

Once the tour ends, Swift is expected to get some much-needed rest and spend some quality time with her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

A source told US magazine, "Taylor plans to stay in and hibernate [with Travis] for a while. hey want to do 'normal things' as a couple."
