Beginning May 8, 2025, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will be San Diego International Airport's seventh international airline to offer direct service. The new route will offer three weekly flights between San Diego and Amsterdam (AMS).
Operating on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday on the Boeing 787-9, KLM expands its non-stop access from San Diego to a total of three European cities, including London (LHR) and Munich (MUC). Aircraft comes with 30 business-class seats, 21 seats in Premium Comfort class and 224 seats in economy.
Flights depart San Diego at 1:55 p.m. and arrive in Amsterdam the next day at 9:15 a.m., while flights leave Amsterdam at 9:50 a.m. and arrive in San Diego the same day at 12 p.m. local time.
