Family of Sade Robinson holds rose release, says they have received some of her remains

The family of 19-year-old Sade Robinson tells WISN 12 News investigators returned some of her remains to them, amid a lengthy murder investigation.Robinson's leg was found in Warnimont Park in Cudahy on April 2. Her burned car was found that same week. Other body parts were found in the weeks following, including near 31st and Galena, 5th and Marina in South Milwaukee and Waukegan, Illinois. These additional body parts have not been linked through DNA to Robinson.A group of family members, friends and supporters gathered Friday at Warnimont Park for a rose release, to honor her memory and commemorate her remains being returned."On behalf of my baby today, Sade we are allowing you to be at peace. We don't have all of your remains yet," Sheena Scarbrough, Robinson's mother, said at the rose release. "But I want you to know that mommy has got this fight. I'm going to continue fighting for you every day."Maxwell Anderson is accused of killing Sade Robinson while on a first date on April 1. Prosecutors charged Anderson on April 12 with first-degree intentional homicide, mutilating a corpse and arson of property.
