The draw takes place live on TNT Sports 1 from around 6.45pm on Monday, November 3 during the build-up to Tamworth's tie against Leyton Orient. It will also be broadcast live on discovery+ and the TNT Sports YouTube channel.

The draw will be carried out by ex-Everton and Manchester City defender Joleon Lescott, with Becky Ives hosting.

Second-round ties will take place across the weekend of December 6, between Wanderers' League One trips to Luton Town and Mansfield Town.
