Escape 360 Cafe was born from decades of culinary experience and a desire to create something more personal. The Keopaseuts have worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years, launching successful concepts like Thai Noodle Wave and Wave Bowl.
After years of running fast-paced kitchens, Rosie Keopaseut, who had developed a deep interest in coffee and global cafe culture -- began crafting unique drinks and various asian dishes inspired by her travels. What started as a creative outlet quickly turned into a new vision: a place to slow down, connect and enjoy thoughtfully made food and beverages in a beautiful, resort-style setting.
"After so many years in the restaurant world, we wanted to build something that felt like a true escape -- not just for us, but for anyone walking through the doors," Pete Keopaseut said.
