Juarez scattered eight hits an allowed just one run as Chino Hills opened the postseason with an 8-1 win over Mater Dei. She came back two days later and tossed a five-hitter in a 4-0 victory over Huntington Beach. It was her fourth shutout of the season. Juarez only registered five strikeouts last week, but she pitched well to contact, recording 10 outs on the ground and eight through the air in each game.
