USCIS Reveals Plans for Follow-On EIOSS IT Support Contract

The Department of Homeland Security's U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services intends to launch a competition for a follow-on governmentwide acquisition contract for enterprise IT support services.

According to a notice published Tuesday on the Acquisition Planning Forecast System, the recompete Enterprise Infrastructure Operations and Support Services, or EIOSS-2, has an estimated value of between $50 million and $100 million and covers infrastructure engineering, operations and maintenance, cloud and security operations support.

The APFS notice states that EIOSS-2 will include ownership of processes and responsibilities related to the design, engineering, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance and operations of requested services across USCIS, including key aspects of workload, management of assets and task coordination.

General Dynamics Information Technology is the incumbent contractor on the EIOSS GWAC's first iteration.

USCIS plans to issue a solicitation by July 2025 and expects to award the recompete contract by the second quarter of fiscal year 2026.

Contract work is expected to be performed in Camp Springs, Maryland, and run through March 21, 2031.
