CarTrade is in talks to acquire CarDekho and BikeDekho in India.

The company stated that, in the ordinary course of its business, it evaluates various strategic opportunities, including potential investments and acquisitions, as part of its growth strategy.

"These discussions are limited to the automotive classifieds businesses and do not include financing, insurance, or other non-automotive businesses of theirs. At this stage, there is no binding or definitive agreement executed in relation to the transaction referred to in the said reports," CarTrade informed the stock exchanges.
