Sunjay Kapur Property Dispute - Priya Sachdev Claims Karisma Kapoor's Children Received Rs 1,900 Crore - Times Bull

Priya Sachdev On Sunjay Kapur Property Dispute: The drama over business tycoon Sanjay Kapoor's property worth Rs 30,000 is increasing. After Sanjay's death, a dispute arose between his mother, Rani Kapoor, and his wife, Priya Sachdev. Now, Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor's children have also become involved in this matter. Karisma Kapoor's children had reached the court demanding a share in their father, Sanjay Kapoor's, property. Now Priya has claimed that Karisma's children have already taken Rs 1900 crore from Sanjay's property. There has been an uproar after this revelation by Priya Sachdev.

The Delhi High Court, while hearing the petition of both Karisma Kapoor's children, has issued a notice to Sanjay Kapoor's wife, Priya Sachdev Kapoor, and others. The Delhi High Court has issued instructions to everyone to file a reply within two weeks. The next hearing in the case is scheduled for October 9. The court has ordered Priya Sachdev Kapoor to present the full details of movable and immovable properties related to the late Sanjay Kapoor in court.

1900 crores have been given

The children allege that the will shown by their father is fake and wrong. Both children have been completely excluded from this will. Senior advocate Mahesh Jethmalani, on behalf of the children, stated that Sanjay Kapoor had always kept the documents organised; however, this will is suspicious and has not been registered. On the other hand, senior advocate Rajiv Nair, on behalf of Sanjay Kapoor's second wife Priya Kapoor, argued that the children have already been given property worth about 1900 crores through the trust.

Sanjay's mother raised questions.

Sanjay Kapoor's mother also stated in court that a total property worth 10,000 crores has been questioned. The High Court, while formally registering the case, has ordered the defendants to file a reply within two weeks and present the will in a sealed envelope. The next hearing is scheduled for October 9.

Priya Sachdeva's lawyer Rajiv Nayyar has said that only six days before the case, the petitioners were given property worth Rs 1900 crore from the trust. They are beneficiaries as outlined in the trust document. The lawyer argued in the court that Priya is the last wife of the deceased Sanjay Kapoor, and she also has a 6-year-old child with him.
