He's a physical powerhouse mate - slightly above building level strength, from scaling to Saiko.

Scans 1-2 show him landing one missed punch that craters the ground. The crater itself was several meters deep and several meters wide:

Scan 3 shows him causing a huge crater in the ground just by stomping.

You can also see from the first 2 scans that he surprises Kurona with both his speed and his regeneration. Kurona could insta-regenerate from being bisected, and was fast enough to move FTE to a low-level bullet timer.

He can also fire large shards from his body that are harder than steel and hit with incredible force:

He boasts regeneration solid enough to survive decapitation and having part his torso exploded internally:

And he's a skilled enough figher to hold off several of the Q's squad single-handedly, including Urie, who are all really skilled fighters:
