Neither of them could stop smiling. After sitting side-by-side during a two-hour lunch at Breakfast by Salt's Cure, Sofía Vergara and hunky Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton continued their January 14 flirt fest outside of the New York City restaurant.

Whether or not the pair become an official item remains to be seen. But even if it doesn't work out with the 40-year-old, Sofía's not giving up on the dating game. In fact, when recently asked by Access Hollywood what she was "manifesting " for 2025, the Griselda star, 52, replied: " Health, money, boyfriend," then laughing coyly, she added "or a lover."

Sofía -- who finalized her divorce from actor Joe Manganiello in April 2024 -- is on the prowl after splitting from orthopedic surgeon Justin Saliman last year. "She's set her sights on finding a man," an insider tells Life & Style exclusively. "Sofía's ready for love and wants to feel sparks."

As for Justin, 51? The two began dating in 2023, soon after she and Joe, 48, announced their separation. But Sofía and Justin, whom the actress praised for nursing her back to health after knee surgery in April 2024, haven't been seen together since a romantic July getaway to Italy.

"She and Justin are polar opposites," explains the insider. "He needs to stay in one place for his job, while she wants to jet to exotic locations on a whim."

After the couple parted on good terms, Sofía hasn't wasted time getting back out there. "There's no one specific type or person she's eyeing," insists the insider. "They all look good to her!"

Still, with two failed marriages -- the first to high school sweetheart Joe Gonzalez -- under her belt, she's not looking for anything super serious, says the insider: "Never say never, but she's definitely not in a hurry to get married again."

The desire to welcome more children is a total deal-breaker, though. "My [second] marriage broke up because my husband was younger. He wanted to have kids and I didn't want to be an old mom," she claimed of the True Blood star. "That's not for me anymore."

Sofía is a proud mother to son Manolo Vergara, 33, from her first marriage. "She adores Manolo, and he's enough for her," says the insider. "So, any younger guy she dates has to be able to accept that. Sofía just can't see herself with a baby at this point in her life."

What she can envision is finding Mr. Right, or even Mr. Right Now. Says the insider: "Sofía's having fun flirting up a storm!"
