ESPN 4-star guard Harmonie Ware committed to Arkansas women's coach Mike Neighbors on Monday.
Ware, 5-10, of Cleveland (Tenn.) Bradley Central chose Arkansas over California, Florida Atlantic, James Madison, Kentucky, Alabama- Birmingham, Southern Miss, Middle Tennessee, Furman and other programs.
She was named the Class 4A State tournament MVP after she scored a career-high 29 points and had 9 rebounds during a 58-43 victory over Bartlett in the title game. She set a state tournament record for consecutive free throws made with 22.
It was Bradley Central's eighth state championship and second in a row.
Ware played for Alabama Southern Starz G on the Nike EYBL circuit. Ware joins Australian guard Bonnie Deas in Arkansas' 2025 class.
