Four key members of the Indianapolis Colts' 2025 roster are working through injuries currently. Two of them would exit Sunday's practice.
Not on the practice field on Sunday were safety Nick Cross and defensive end Kwity Paye. According to the Indy Star's Nate Atkins, Cross has a hip flexor injury and Paye a groin.
Then during the training camp practice, both Kenny Moore and Alec Pierce would exit.
According to ESPN's Stephen Holder, Moore had an "apparent issue" with his right knee and seemed to be in "intense pain."
Moore would walk off slowly after a trainer came over.
The Colts are already very thin at cornerback with Justin Walley out for the season with an ACL injury, while JuJu Brents and Jaylon Jones work through hamstring injuries.
Not long after, Pierce also exited. According to the Indy Star's Joel Erickson, Pierce briefly left the field to be examined but did return with a trainer to test something out.
However, he left the field shortly after that with a trainer.
Following the practice, it was announced that Pierce has a groin injury and Moore a knee injury.
Atkins would add that there isn't any real indication of how serious any of the four injuries are.
