On Wednesday (December 18), Huger was convicted by a Montogomery County jury on nearly all counts brought against her in a DUI trial (for a late-night March 19 crash). Charges include driving under the influence, negligent driving, failing to control her vehicle's speed to avoid a collision, and failing to notify authorities of a change of address. (TMZ.com)

"I swerved to avoid the head-on collision, hit the divider, and then a tree. I'm hurt, bruised up a bit, but so grateful I am alive! I did receive citations, one of which was unrelated to the incident which is understandable, but what was most surprising is that the car that almost hit me just drove away," she told PEOPLE, also urging fans to "understate your emotional state" before getting behind the wheel.
The chatter around her DUI died down to a moment, but has surely resurged after the body camera footage from the night of the accident has just been released.
