A cycling apparel brand has been acquired by a growing marketing agency.
Attacus Cycling will now operate under Mira Media Group, a full-service marketing agency.
The move is expected to drive Attacus' next phase of growth.
Founded in 2015, Attacus has built a global reputation for its bold, performance-focused cycling gear and has partnered with major brands like Garmin.
Stuart Bramley, co-founder and owner of Mira Media Group, said: "This is a fantastic opportunity for us.
"My first business was a sportswear brand, which I ran for over four years.
"We built nationwide retail partnerships and a strong online presence before I exited the company.
"That experience, combined with Mira's growth as a marketing agency, gives us a unique perspective on what it takes to succeed in the e-commerce and sportswear space.
"Acquiring Attacus allows us to bring all of that expertise together."
Attacus has been a long-term client of Mira, making the acquisition a natural next step for both businesses.
Dan McClen, who took over the brand in December 2023, continued to uphold its vision of delivering premium, performance-driven apparel to cyclists worldwide.

Mr Bramley said: "Owning a brand ourselves ensures our team stays sharp and fully aligned with the needs of e-commerce business owners.
"It gives us the freedom to test, innovate, and apply end-to-end growth strategies -- knowledge that directly benefits all of our clients."
Mira Media Group plans to use the insights gained from running Attacus to enhance its marketing services for other brands.
The agency believes that first-hand experience will help it better understand and address the day-to-day challenges of consumer-focused businesses.
