Canberra's finals preparations have been clouded by uncertainty over Josh Papalii, with the veteran prop nursing an ankle injury sustained at training last week.
The 32-year-old has been named in Ricky Stuart's line-up for Sunday's qualifying final against Brisbane but will be assessed closer to kick-off.
Papalii's availability could prove pivotal for the Raiders, who welcome back a host of stars after resting players in Round 27. The Queensland international has been a cornerstone of Canberra's pack for more than a decade, and his presence in the middle would be a major boost against a Broncos side boasting Payne Haas and Patrick Carrigan.

While Papalii remains under watch, the Raiders have confirmed the return of Jamal Fogarty, Joseph Tapine, Hudson Young and Sebastian Kris, all of whom were held back last week to freshen up before finals. Tapine takes the captain's role, with Fogarty reunited in the halves with teenage five-eighth Ethan Strange.
Canberra's backline also features Kaeo Weekes at fullback, Kris partnering Matt Timoko in the centres, and Jed Stuart on the wing. In the forwards, Horsburgh locks the scrum with Zac Hosking and Young on the edges.
Brisbane, meanwhile, regain Gehamat Shibasaki after suspension, with Jesse Arthars shifting to the reserves. Ben Hunt and Billy Walters continue their halves pairing in the absence of Adam Reynolds, and Payne Haas anchors the front row.
Kick-off at GIO Stadium is set for 4:05 pm on Sunday, with Ashley Klein appointed as referee.
