Two families are waiting for answers, hoping renewed attention will help bring their loved ones home.
The billboards, made possible through a partnership between the Texas Center for the Missing and Clear Channel Outdoor, aim to bring fresh attention to the disappearances of Debra Moore and Amarillyz Estevez.

Missing teen Debra 'Dawn' Moore still missing after July disappearance in Highlands
Debra Moore, 14, was last seen on Sunday, July 20, 2025, around 11:20 a.m. in the 600 block of Clear Lake Road in Highlands. Loved ones knew her as "Dawn."
Amarillyz "Amy" Estevez, 24, was last seen on August 13, 2024, leaving the 19000 block of North Piper Grove Drive in Katy.
