So as the topic says, I can't use my email ID to start a new iMessage anymore for some reason.

The email ID is checked ✅ in the settings in iMessage to receive and send messages as well as to start new messages using the email ID.

When I go to form a new iMessage and I select from what I would like to send a message from only my two phone numbers show up and the email ID will not show up.

I have signed in with the same ID on my multiple devices there is another iPhone an iPad and a Mac mini.

Called Apple support but no help from them as of yet. Any idea what's going on cheers
