Miami is halfway through what many industry insiders consider the city's most brutal season: summer. This past month, a staggering number of restaurants have closed or hit pause on service with plans to reopen in the fall.

EntreNos, which received a Michelin star for its food and a Michelin green star for its sustainable practices, ended its run. The restaurant, which popped up for dinner service at Miami Shores restaurant Tinta y Cafe, opened in 2023 as a year-long pop-up restaurant. But demand -- and the Michelin Guide -- were some of the reasons why chefs van Burgess and Osmel Gonzalez extended its run to 2025. The restaurant announced the end on Instagram, promising to host events in the future.
