CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Cleveland Police is asking for help locating a missing and endangered 15-year-old boy.

In a Facebook post, Cleveland Police said James Fugate Jr. was last seen near his home in the area of West 66th Street and Denison Avenue.

Fugate is around 5 feet and 3 inches tall and weighs 160 lbs., according to the post.

Cleveland Police said Fugate is listed as endangered.
