The free McAdoo Indoor Walking Club meets 10:30-11:30 a.m. Tuesdays in the All Saints Church gymnasium, 17 N. Cleveland St. The goal is to improve endurance, balance, strength and walking pace while enjoying a smooth walking surface and avoiding weather interruptions. Tickets are on sale at the Orwigsburg Area Public Library for a "one-of-a-kind" charcuterie board gift set. Tickets are one for $1 and six for $5. The Pottsville Rotary Club, with its scholarship chairman, Dave Gonzalez, recently presented Rotary scholarships to local high school students. St. Casimir Church, 229 N. Jardin St., a sacred worship site of Divine Mercy Roman Catholic Parish, will reopen on June 22. Weekend Masses will be said at 7:30 and 10 a.m. Sundays; funerals and weddings will also be held there. Divine Mercy Church at Cherry and Chestnut streets will remain open for daily Masses Mondays through Saturdays as well as the Masses at 4 p.m. Saturdays and the Spanish Mass at 12:30 p.m. Sundays.
