Fans can expect nothing less then a brusing affair when the FMF Suva rugby side takes on Naitasiri for the Farebrother Trophy challenge today at Naluwai grounds in Naitasiri.
Suva, unbeaten so far this season, is upbeat and boasts the services of two Fijian Drua players in Mesulame Dolokoto and Isoa Tuwai as well as Fiji 7s reps including Teri Tamani, Saki Siqila and Tira Welagi.
Naitasiri on the other hand, has roped in international rugby superstar Virimi Vakatawa to bolster their pack.
Both teams have named their top guns, signifying just how crucial this match is and how desperate they are for the win.
Suva head coach Solomone Nute has highlighted the team's intense training sessions in preparation for this pivotal match.
Naitasiri Rugby Union coaching director Dr Ilatia Tuisese said the fact that the two teams are familiar with each other adds an interesting layer to an already exciting match.
The match is set to kick off at 3pm.
Before that their under-20 sides will clash at 1pm while their women's teams will open the day of rugby with their Marama Cup match at 11 am.
