Rhian Sugden proudly showed off the results of her breast reduction surgery as she modelled the same red swimsuit in a before and after Instagram post on Monday.

The former Page 3 girl, 39, shared two snaps wearing the strappy plunging number, while praising her newfound 'freedom and confidence'.

'Same swimsuit, same sunnies... just without the back-breaking chest. ❤️,' the Celebrity Big Brother star wrote in her caption, adding the location in Palma, Spain.

'Huge thank you to @pallmallcosmetics for giving me the freedom and confidence I didn't even realise I was missing. ✨'

The British glamour model went from a 32HH to a 32E cup size after going under the knife in June.

Rhian revealed that she underwent the reduction because her heavy chest made walking 'unbearable'.

The internet star shared updates with her Instagram followers last week that was in Palma to celebrate her 39th birthday.

The mother-of-one flaunted her incredible figure in an animal print one-piece and accessorised with stylish sunglasses.

Taking to her page on Thursday, Rhian continued to display the incredible results on social media sharing another sizzling swimwear shot as she posed in front of a swimming pool.

Sharing before and after videos of her breasts pre and post surgery, Rhian looked incredibly confident and happy with the results.

She wrote: 'Love love love my boobs. No implants, just a reduction and uplift by the amazing Dr Hussain @pallmallcosmetics❤️'

In a clip posted on social media before going under the knife, she revealed her nipples were in fact 11cm lower than they should have been after 'gravity took its toll' following the birth of her son George, one.

She said: 'I'm a bit paranoid about that and I just can't wait to have them a bit smaller, perkier, uplifted, it's so exciting.'

Rhian continued: 'My cup size at the minute is a 34GG, I can fit into a H, and it's just so difficult to buy a decent bra these days.

'Bikinis, I can't even find one to get into because my frame is so small and my boobs are so big so it's quite difficult.

'My back ache, ugh, honestly I must have to get a massage like once a week to try and ease the pain and tension in my back.

'I swim a hell of a lot and I think because my boobs are so big, when I swim my back arches up because they push out the water.

'So even swimming is difficult for me at the moment, not to mention not being able to get into a swimsuit. Having this reduction is literally going to change my life.'
