OSHKOSH - Red Robin is partnering with The Salvation Army to donate 20% of all sales at the 600 S. Koeller St. location Tuesday to disaster response and wildfire relief in California.
The branch's marketing manager, Brooke Geffers, announced the giveback initiative that will go toward rehousing those impacted by last month's series of wildfires in the Los Angeles and San Diego County areas.
"We like to do a lot of things locally and we typically have donations twice a week, but we thought this was a cool way for us to reach outside of the city and the state and still provide that sense of giving to the community," Geffers said.
The 20% donations will be applied to all orders, whether to-go, dine-in or online at no additional cost.
Customers ordering online are asked to go to the category labeled "Fundraisers" and click on that item.
Volunteers from The Salvation Army will also be present taking donations on site all day.
The 600 S. Koeller St. branch will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Feb. 18.
