FSU releases first depth chart of the 2025 season

Florida State is set to kick off the 2025 season this Saturday at 3:30 p.m. in Tallahassee, facing off against the No. 8 Alabama Crimson Tide.

The Seminoles have revamped their roster and coaching staff as head coach Mike Norvell looks to right the ship in his fifth season at the helm, putting their hopes on a new schemes on both sides of the ball as well as a new gunslinger in transfer quarterback Tommy Castellanos.

Today, Florida State released its first depth chart of the 2025 season, revealing its first look at just who will be taking the field come Saturday.

Of note on offense, freshman Jayvan Boggs has been named a starter at receiver. Gavin Sawchuck, who transferred in late during the offseason, will be competing with Roydell Williams for touches as the alternate starter at running back. Chase Loftin, who signed with FSU as a blue-chip tight end, is listed as a backup at the wide receiver position.

Defensively, Omar Graham Jr. has been named the starter at the JACK position while Ja'Bril Rawls has earned the nod at cornerback alongside Jerry Wilson. Donny Hiebert, a preferred walk-on who has served in a special teams role for the Seminoles the last two seasons, will serve as Earl Litte Lr.'s backup at Rover.

Along the offensive line, Jacob Rizy has been named an alternate starter at either guard spot, with Richie Leonard IV sharing the title at left guard and Adrian Medley at right.
