The Vanderpump Rules star shared insight into what viewers can expect from the show's rebooted 12th season, with her revealing someone on her staff won't last two episodes before getting fired from her restaurant. And for Lisa, it takes a lot for her to actually let someone go.

"I am a great believer in giving people -- even friends -- second chances," she exclusively told E! News Will Marfuggi. "People f--k up. That's the nature of the beast."

The 65-year-old noted that if a new employee "screwed up" on their first or second day, she would fire them if she saw no potential. But her views differ especially when it comes to longtime employees.

"When people have been here, like Marcus [Johnson] has been here for quite a few years," she continued, "if he gets it wrong, I'm gonna give him a chance. I'm gonna give them all a chance."
