PHOENIX -- A new upscale apartment development is coming to Old Town Scottsdale with construction set to begin in spring 2025, according to a press release.

The Goldwater Residences, located at the Southeast corner of Goldwater Boulevard and 70th Street, will feature approximately 40 two- to three-bedroom units, along with around 7,500 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor.

This complex will offer relaxing amenity spaces, such as an outdoor pool, terrace, fully equipped fitness center and a covered pet park.
