One of the year's biggest horror movies has finally set its VOD and Blu-ray release dates, so if you somehow managed to miss Terrifier 3 during its theatrical run, you won't have to wait too much longer to bring Art the Clown home for the holidays. Per Bloody Disgusting, the Christmas carnage will hit all VOD platforms on November 26, just in time for Thanksgiving. The physical media releases for Terrifier 3 will follow shortly thereafter on Dec. 17, giving you just enough time to stuff your stockings with all the gory goodness they can handle.

The VOD cost of Terrifier 3 will set you back $24.99, and the physical media editions run anywhere from $17.99 to $29.99. They include:

Released on Oct. 11, anticipations were high for the third entry in Damien Leone's indie horror franchise, and the results did not disappoint. It managed to take top spot at the box office its opening weekend after scaring up $18.9 million in box office receipts, which was enough to send Joker: Folie à Deux packing its bags. During its third week out, the film crossed the $50 million dollar mark, thus making it the most successful unrated movie ever made.
The fun didn't stop there, however, as Terrifier 3 ended its theatrical run with a massive $85.3 million dollar take, which - when you consider it was produced for just $2 million - made it one of the most profitable movies of the year. That's an incredible accomplishment for Leone and company, especially seeing as how the movie didn't have the mainstream machine backing it up. There were no TV spots, no constant radio ads; just a groundswell of support from the fans who had been with him since the beginning, and did their best to spread the word both in person, and online.

Now the question is how the heck will Leone manage to top himself for Terrifier 4? With Terrifier 3 featuring some of the most brutal kills in the franchise yet, it's hard to imagine where the depravity will go next, but we're confident that if anyone can pull it off, it's him. He's thus far managed to blend a good amount of gore with his mythology, so we're hoping for more of that in the next outing, which will probably (based on Terrifier 3's ending) feature Sienna meeting Art on his home turf.
