Owner of alpaca Geronimo 'executed' by Defra demands justice from Keir Starmer

The owner of tragic alpaca Geronimo 'executed' by Defra is demanding justice from Keir Starmer. Helen Macdonald, 53, has marked the third anniversary of the animal's high-profile death by making a direct plea to the Prime Minister. She wants the new Labour government to reveal 'the truth' behind what happened to the beloved animal. She said she still doesn't know how he was killed and worries he was strangled due to the tightness of the rope around his neck. The eight-year-old alpaca was killed on August 31 2021 after testing twice testing positive for Bovine TB after campaigners failed in a four year battle to save him.
