Admiral Leasing and Loans has appointed Steve Worrall as Operations Director, effective 3 November 2025, according to a press release.

The Oldham-based equipment and business funding provider said Worrall brings nearly 20 years of operational leadership experience, most recently in a senior role at Haydock Finance. In his new position, he will oversee day-to-day operational activities and contribute to the development and delivery of Admiral's five-year growth strategy.

Simon Stewart, Risk Director at Admiral Leasing and Loans, said the appointment adds depth to the company's 30-strong team. "Steve's experience in operational management and the asset finance sector makes him a valuable addition as we continue to expand," he said. "He will play an important role in maintaining operational standards and supporting our growth and profitability objectives."

Steve Worrall said he looked forward to contributing to the company's next phase of development. "I am pleased to be joining Admiral at a significant point in its growth," he said. "My focus will be on operational efficiency, business development and continuing to provide a high level of service to clients and introducers."
