The highly anticipated Marvel Rivals Zombies is almost here, bringing the first-ever PvE mode to the game. It is arriving as part of the Halloween Midnight Mayhem event and lets players fight against an endless wave of zombies. Based on previous patterns, Marvel Rivals Zombies mode is expected to arrive on October 23, 2025, at 5 am Eastern Time.

For those who don't know, this game mode was teased in the Season 4.5 roadmap as the "Mystery Mode" and is not related to the current multiplayer modes. For now, it only features the Empire of Eternal Night Midtown map from the Convoy mode.

You can play in a lobby of up to 4 players, and the hero pool is significantly limited compared to the multiplayer mode featuring: Thor, Blade, Magik, Jeff the Land Shark, and The Punisher. Each of these heroes have new abilities that are designed especially for this mode. The game mode features Namor and Scarlet Witch as bosses.
