Choreographer issues stern statement in Palaash Muchhal's cheating scandal: 'We are not involved'
Smriti Mandhana, the Indian women's cricket vice-captain, and filmmaker Palaash Muchhal were reportedly planned to marry on November 23 in Sangli, Maharashtra. The wedding celebrations, however, came to an abrupt halt, with family citing health concerns. Soon after the postponement, admirers discovered that Smriti had removed all wedding-related images from her Instagram account, including engagement and proposal photos.
As the matter gathered popularity on Reddit and Instagram, an anonymous post claimed that two choreographers from the Bosco group, Nandika Dwivedi and Gulnaaz, who were contracted to teach Smriti and Palaash their wedding dances, were engaged in the incident. These statements rapidly went viral, provoking widespread fury among netizens. Within hours, both names were trending, causing Gulnaaz to respond publicly.
