SCOTTSDALE, AZ (AZFamily) -- Police say two men have been arrested following an investigation involving illegal drug sales in the Old Town Scottsdale area.

Matsemela Zuzu Moloi, 31, and Luke Asher McConnell were taken into custody earlier this week following a months-long investigation conducted by Scottsdale PD's Drug Enforcement Unit.

Police say multiple types of drugs were seized, including cocaine, ketamine, meth pills, MDMA, Xanax and psilocybin. The drugs had a street value of approximately $34,000.

Investigators also seized about $45,000 in suspected drug proceeds and three illegally possessed firearms.

Both were booked into jail on Wednesday, with each facing multiple drug sales and weapon charges. Other details about the investigation have not yet been released, and the suspects' booking photos were not immediately available.
