In the main event, former UFC heavyweight Jairzinho Rozenstruik faces Rakim Cleveland for the inaugural Dirty Boxing heavyweight title.

Hector Lombard faces James Cannon in the light heavyweight co-main event, while Bryan Battle -- who was recently released by the UFC following back-to-back weight misses -- makes his promotional debut against Derik de Freitas in the middleweight featured bout.
