City Council gets ready for a final vote on the Sixers arena project on Thursday.

On Wednesday night, Mayor Parker held her last town hall meeting defending the controversial project. Parker has said she believes the arena is going to help bring Market Street "back to life."

As reported on Action News at 10, many in attendance expressed frustration over the mayor's decision to defend the arena and wanted to hear more about how it would help the city.
