The first studio album from K-pop sensation's Blackpink's Rosé is exactly what you would hope it would be: pure pop. Since 2016, the K-pop group has dominated the international market in a way other girl groups could only dream of. It's little surprise the first solo endeavour from Rosé, who fans call "the golden voice" of the group, is a fun escapade into modern pop music. APT, her single with Bruno Mars, has already broken records but it's in tracks like "Toxic till the end" that Rosé really hits her stride. It's almost a shame Rosé couldn't perform it without the weight of her bandmates Jennie, Lisa and Lisoo.
