Christian Knoos returned an interception for a touchdown and had 14 total tackles in Oaks Christian's 37-17 loss to Santa Margarita. Freshman quarterback Trey Towns totaled 124 yards passing, 49 yards rushing and one rushing touchdown. Noah Laberge went 1 for 2 on field goals.

Turnovers hurt the Eagles in a 35-14 loss to Cathedral. Niles Davis rushed for 107 yards and Elias Holloway hauled in four receptions for 79 yards.

Quarterback Brady Smigiel completed 23 of 34 passes for 307 yards and five touchdowns in a 44-14 win over St. Pius X-St. Matthias. Tyler Stromsoe rushed for 64 yards and a touchdown and Shane Rosenthal caught seven passes for 95 yards and four touchdowns as well as an interception on defense. Belan Betancourt recorded two sacks, nine tackles and two tackles for loss.

The Pioneers shut out Saugus 49-0 last week to maintain its unbeaten record. Tagg Harrison went 10 of 12 passing for 208 yards and two touchdowns and Zane Tryon rushed for 101 yards and two touchdowns. Micah Hannah, Jayden Clarke and August Gibbs each had touchdown receptions. Gavin Hammond and Tamaj Newborn pulled down one interception apiece.

The Lancers gave up just one touchdown last week in a 30-7 win over West Ranch. Jackson Taylor threw for 186 yards and two touchdowns, both of which came in the opening half.

Steele Pizzella completed 20 of 33 passes for 291 yards with one touchdown and rushed for 60 yards and a touchdown as the Knights fell to Servite 38-17 last week. Tre Fernandez had 98 yards receiving and one touchdown and Elliot Cooper logged 100 yards receiving on seven catches. Preston Webb had one interception and seven total tackles.

The Vikings' tough nonleague schedule continued with a 48-14 loss to Rancho Cucamonga last week. Brian Bonner rushed for 85 yards and a touchdown and Nick Seymour caught eight passes for 69 yards. Defensive end Mason Bitting had one sack and a tackle for loss.

Jacob Paisano threw three touchdown passes and rushed for another touchdown as Hart hosted its first football game on campus in over 50 years with a 35-9 win over Birmingham. Parker Maxwell had two touchdown receptions.

The Patriots unexpectedly got an opponent for Friday night in Hart after their previous opponent had pulled out. Eddie Plaza rushed for a touchdown in the loss.
